Below is a description of my online life and wellness coaching services.

Individual Coaching

Hop on a Zoom, phone, or SMS with me to map out a plan to help you through your transition and ultimately achieve your goals.

You can book up to 10 sessions in advance, depending on your goals, and I will also hold you accountable to achieve them.

All private, individualized, and you-focused sessions are 60 mins.

Couples Coaching

Hop on a Zoom or phone with me to map out a plan to help you both through your transition and ultimately achieve your goals.

You can book up to 10 sessions in advance, depending on your goals, and I will also hold you accountable to achieve them.

All private, individualized, and you-focused sessions are 90 mins.

Small Team Coaching

Hop on a Zoom or phone with me to map out a plan to help your team (3 – 4 people) through your transition and ultimately achieve your goals.

You can book up to 10 sessions in advance, depending on your goals, and I will also hold you accountable to achieve them.

All private, individualized, and you-focused sessions are 120 mins.
