O Tomas Bell started Find Your Voice NYC in 2015 to merge his voice, core-based fitness, and, later, life and health coaching.
In 2020, the business was forced to shutter due to Tomas having a stroke, and did not start accepting clients again until 2025.
Today, he reopened his and expanded his coaching business as Life Coach Approved, offering online life & wellness services as well as inspirational apparel, accessories, soaps, and bath salts.
My coaching approach marries good old-fashioned “kitchen table wisdom” handed down from my mother and grandmother, with contemporary coaching philosophy to create a unique, safe, and inclusive coaching environment.
Drawing on my 30-plus-year background in business, entertainment, and wellness, I use a range of methodologies to help you appreciate your strengths, recognize your resources, remove roadblocks, and meet your benchmarks. This ultimately helps you achieve your goal.
I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the walk. As a person affected by stroke-related disabilities, I understand how easy it is to throw in the towel. However, whatever transition you are going through, you owe it to yourself to at least try.
I don’t let my voice, or rather, the new sound of my voice after my stroke, or other physical and mental limitations, stop me from achieving my goals. Why should you let anything or anyone stand in your way?
